Perfecting Your Decor!
I love using plants, fresh or dried flowers to refine my decor. For this new tutorial, I decided to create two frame-shaped plant stands to decorate small forgotten spaces in the house. These new stands have a simple shape and can either be placed on a surface or hung on the wall. Follow this guide to learn how to make them!

1- Small Stand + Macramé:
Start by defining the final size of your frame according to the dimensions of your plant(s) and their pots. Leave some space around the plants so they have room to grow.
Steps:
Use a saw to cut all the pieces needed to build your stand frame.

Once cut, sand the pieces to remove any splinters.

Pre-drill two holes on each of the side pieces to prevent the wood from splitting when screwing the frame together.

Use one of the pre-drilled pieces as a guide to drill the remaining frame pieces.

Assemble the frame piece by piece, placing two screws on each side.

Drill a centered hole at the top of the frame, large enough to pass through all the cords for the macramé support.

Thread four long, folded cords through a wooden bead. Insert the cords through the hole and tie them tightly inside the frame.

Create your macramé plant holder.

Finish your macramé with a large knot gathering all the cords under the plant pot.

Your macramé frame is ready to hold your plant!
2- Large Minimalist Stand
Steps:
First, determine the final size of your frame based on the dimensions of your plants and their pots. Leave some extra space around the plants so they can grow freely.
Use a saw to cut all the pieces needed to build your stand.

Once cut, sand the pieces to remove any splinters.
Assemble the wooden frame using wood glue and headless nails. These nails sink easily into the frame and remain discreet. Be sure to wipe away any excess glue before it dries.

Considering the size of your plants, drill two holes on each side of the frame, matching the diameter of your wooden dowels.
Finally, insert the two dowels into your frame to create a shelf for your plants and a sleek minimalist design.
Your frame is now ready to hold your plants, as well as dried flowers or other decorative arrangements!
