Description :

Clematis are excellent perennial plants for dressing vertical structures in slightly shaded or sunny locations if the soil is deep and cool. They are covered with large flowers from July to September. 'Jackmanii' is a classic with dark purple flowers, but a multitude of colors and flower sizes are available on the market. A support (trellis, arbor, obelisk) is necessary to allow the plant to climb. Clematis prefer to have their base in the shade: it may be interesting to plant shrubs or perennials near their base to provide shade at the base. See selection in store.
