Prefer a drained, rather dry soil. Monitor watering during the first year after planting.

Maintenance :

Prune the foliage by half after flowering to have bushier plants. Fertilize in spring with a granular fertilizer. Place mulch at the base of the plants in autumn to protect them from the cold and encourage snow accumulation. Propagation by stem cuttings.

Description :

Originally developed for the cut flower industry, this lavender has long stems with intensely mauve flowers. A perennial plant with semi-evergreen, gray-green aromatic foliage, cushion-shaped. The old stems become woody branches over the years. The plant forms beautiful clumps in full sun. Low, spreading habit, ideal for creating borders.
