Description :
Superb Calathea with smooth foliage , lined with tiny dark green and yellowish squares. The leaf first appears light green , rolled up on itself , and becomes darker once unfurled. With rapid growth , it tolerates the drier air of our interiors during winter better than other Calatheas. Over time , the leaves become more imposing and rise above the existing foliage. Each leaf emerges directly from the soil.
