Description :

Vigorous grass with relatively fast growth. The clump is upright , and the tips of the leaves turn red during the summer , then become entirely purple in the fall. The spikes are numerous , and sparse. Overall effect is airy and light. A good choice for large gardens , in massifs. Retains slopes well in sunny conditions.
